Clairvest and ECL have acquired NHCG (New Hampshire Casino & Gaming) and The River Property & Hospitality Group. These entities currently oversee the operations of the Lucky Moose Casino and Tavern and The River Casino & Sports Bar, both situated in Nashua, New Hampshire. NHCG, established in 2006, holds one of the two Historical Horse Racing (HHR) licenses in Nashua, where it introduced HHR with 65 machines in October 2022.

While they intend to continue operations at NHCG’s current locations, they also have a grand vision of establishing a large-scale permanent HHR facility in Nashua by 2024.
