Community Resilience Fund (CRF)
Simultaneously, GambleAware unveiled the £1 million Community Resilience Fund (CRF) to address the immediate impact of the cost-of-living crisis on gambling-related harms. This short-term funding initiative aimed to assist select organizations affected by the exacerbation of gambling issues due to the financial strain caused by the cost-of-living crisis.

Applications for the CRF were open until August 8, following which a call for a “learning partner” was issued on September 9. The evaluation project for the CRF is slated to commence in January 2023, extending for up to 18 months.
