Claire Bailiss commenced her HR career at EMI Group, where she served as a Human Resources Manager from 1994 to 2003. Following her tenure at EMI, she transitioned to Turner Broadcasting System, continuing her role as a Human Resources Manager until May 2012.
In late 2012, Bailiss joined Ask.com as an HR Business Partner, collaborating closely with senior leadership on employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives. Her strategic contributions at Ask.com prepared her for subsequent leadership roles in HR.
