RubyPlay has secured a new distribution deal with Paf Group, expanding its reach across Spain’s regulated online casino market. The agreement continues a year of growth for the multi-studio developer and positions its content in front of one of Spain’s most established operators.
The rollout has already begun, with Paf integrating several RubyPlay titles that reflect the studio’s mix of bright graphics, fast gameplay and modern mechanics. Early additions include J Mania Lucky Pyggs, Vegas No Limit Wins SE and Giga Match Moolah, all of which represent different segments of RubyPlay’s portfolio.
A multi-studio model built for faster growth
A biggest benefit of the agreement is RubyPlay’s multi-studio production team. The company operates several internal studios under one commercial structure, giving operators access to a wider range of themes and game styles through a single distribution channel.
This model also enables much faster delivery of new games. Koala Games, RubyPlay’s most recent studio, is already preparing titles for Paf’s Spanish platform. Voltage Blitz Rapid will be among the first Koala games included in the next wave of releases.
The approach allows RubyPlay to expand in highly regulated territories without over stepping regulation, while giving operators steady access to new content throughout the year.
Paf strengthens its player-first content strategy
For Paf, the partnership aligns with its broader philosophy of offering sustainable, well-curated entertainment that is compliant within regulated European markets. The operator has been strengthening its online strategy over the past year, including a new long-term partnership with the Finnish Ski Association.
By incorporating RubyPlay’s content, Paf gains access to varied game mechanics and a steady pipeline of new releases. The operator expects the partnership to support both engagement and long-term retention in the Spanish market.
RubyPlay’s chief product officer, Dr Eyal Loz, said the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to responsible gaming and innovation. Paf’s head of content, casino and games, Eric Castro, described the agreement as the start of a long-term relationship designed to strengthen the operator’s offering.
Spain’s regulated market rewards steady, compliant releases
Spain remains one of Europe’s most tightly regulated online casino markets, and operators increasingly rely on third-party studios that can deliver frequent, compliant releases in the market. RubyPlay’s recent expansion in New Jersey through BetMGM, along with wider distribution via QTech Games, shows that the multi-studio model is becoming a competitive advantage in markets with strict oversight and high demand for variety.
The partnership also signals the broader direction of Spain’s iGaming landscape. With advertising restrictions in place and licensing limited to established operators, differentiation now comes from content depth, responsible gaming frameworks and the ability to deliver new titles without oversaturating the market for players.
Partnership positions both companies for the next stage of Spains expansion
The agreement positions RubyPlay as a stronger competitor with higher commercial visibility in Spain while giving Paf a more diverse catalogue during a period of increasing competition. As Spanish players lean toward mobile-first casino content, partnerships that provide variety, new releases and regulatory stability are likely to define the next phase of market development for the country.
RubyPlay’s integration with Paf reflects that shift and adds momentum to the studio’s wider European expansion strategy.
