Alea has strengthened its content distribution footprint after signing a new aggregation partnership with Tom Horn Gaming, adding the supplier’s full games portfolio to its platform as the iGaming aggregator targets further growth across regulated European and Latin American markets.

The agreement integrates more than 100 Tom Horn Gaming titles into Alea’s aggregation ecosystem, giving operator partners access to a catalogue that includes established slot releases such as 243 Crystal Fruits, The Secret of Ba, and Tao Tree Coins. The deal expands Alea’s ability to deliver supplier content at scale through a single API, while supporting localization and compliance requirements in both mature and emerging jurisdictions.

Both companies framed the partnership as a strategic move rather than a simple content addition, with distribution efficiency, regulatory alignment, and regional adaptability positioned as central drivers of the agreement.

Strategic distribution for Tom Horn Gaming

For Alea, the integration strengthens its role as a central distributor for studios seeking efficient market access without the need for multiple direct operator integrations. By onboarding Tom Horn Gaming’s catalogue, Alea increases the depth of its slot offering while reinforcing its appeal to operators seeking compliant, market-tested content.

Eduard Verdaguer, Partnerships Manager at Alea, said the collaboration aligns with the aggregator’s focus on reliable delivery and regional relevance.

“Tom Horn Gaming has built a strong reputation for creating accessible, market-tailored content that players know and trust,” Verdaguer said. “Partnering with such an established studio allows us to strengthen our reach across Europe and Latin America, always with a focus on compliance, reliability, and player experience.”

Alea confirmed that the partnership will also support its expansion strategy in Latin America, with Brazil and Peru identified as priority markets where demand for localized and regulation-ready content continues to rise.

Compliance and localization drive the deal

For Tom Horn Gaming, the agreement provides immediate access to Alea’s network of operator partners, reducing technical barriers to entry in multiple jurisdictions. Rather than pursuing individual integrations market by market, the supplier can leverage Alea’s aggregation infrastructure to scale distribution more efficiently.

Ondrej Lapides, CEO of Tom Horn Gaming, said the partnership supports the company’s long-term ambitions in both established and developing regions.

“Partnering with Alea allows us to bring our games to even more operators and players in markets where we’ve long been committed to delivering tailored, reliable, and engaging content,” Lapides said. “Alea’s focus on compliance and seamless delivery perfectly complements our own ambitions for growth in both mature and emerging regions.”

Tom Horn Gaming has historically maintained a strong presence in European regulated markets, particularly across Central and Eastern Europe. The Alea deal extends that reach while providing a clearer pathway into Latin America, where regulatory frameworks are evolving and content localization has become increasingly important.

Focus on compliance and localization

Both companies highlighted compliance as a key pillar of the partnership. Alea said the integration allows it to continue delivering regulated-market content through a single, scalable API, helping operators manage technical complexity while meeting local licensing and reporting obligations.

Localization was also positioned as a priority, with Tom Horn Gaming’s portfolio designed to support market-specific themes, mechanics, and player preferences. This approach is expected to play a significant role in jurisdictions such as Brazil, where operators are preparing for tighter regulatory oversight and greater scrutiny of supplier credentials.

The partnership reflects a broader industry trend in which mid-sized and established studios increasingly rely on large aggregation platforms to maintain distribution efficiency as regulatory demands increase.

Partnership fits Alea’s wider expansion strategy

The Tom Horn Gaming agreement continues a period of active commercial development for Alea, which has added multiple studios to its aggregation platform throughout 2025. Recent partnerships include integrations with Hypetech and Apollo Gaming, as the company broadens its portfolio across slots, crash games, and instant-win products.

Alea has also signaled growing interest in regulated Latin American markets, particularly Brazil, where content providers are positioning themselves ahead of full market implementation.

With the addition of Tom Horn Gaming’s portfolio, Alea enters 2026 with an expanded catalogue and stronger regional coverage, reinforcing its position as a distribution partner for studios seeking compliant scale and operators looking to diversify content without increasing technical overhead.
