Similarly, Diamond Jo in Worth, also equipped with a FanDuel sportsbook, recorded $3.6 million in revenue and a handle of $23.7 million. Wild Rose in Jefferson, partnered with DraftKings, achieved commendable results with $3 million in revenue from $29.5 million in bets.
Regulator Imposes Fines for Illegal Credit Card Use
The Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission has taken strict action against sports betting operations that illegally allowed the use of credit cards. BetMGM and Elite Hospitality were each fined $60,000, while SCE Partners received a $20,000 fine. American Wagering, operating as Caesars Sportsbook, was also fined $60,000 in August for the same violation.
