The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission has given unanimous approval to Revolutionary Racing’s ambitious project to build a state-of-the-art racetrack and equestrian center in Eastern Kentucky. The company, known for successfully reopening Colonial Downs in Virginia, has enlisted the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI) as a significant financial partner for the venture.
