Cammegh has received a Gaming-Related Vendor licence from the UAE’s General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority. The approval gives the roulette specialist a route into one of the industry’s newest regulated casino markets.

The approval allows the company to supply its products and services to licensed commercial gaming operators in the UAE. The licence comes as more suppliers prepare for major integrated resort development in the country.

UAE approval opens a new market

The GCGRA licence gives Cammegh formal approval to work inside the UAE’s regulated commercial gaming framework. Only licensed businesses and individuals are authorised to provide gaming-related products or services in the country.

Cammegh is best known for precision-engineered roulette wheels and table display technology. The company supplies casinos in major gaming markets and has built its reputation around roulette equipment, wheel integrity and casino floor systems.

The UAE approval gives the company a direct path to future casino operators in the market. It also puts Cammegh on the regulator’s approved vendor list with other gaming suppliers.

Supplier list keeps expanding

The GCGRA has been adding more gaming-related vendors as the UAE builds its commercial gaming framework. Recent approvals have included major gaming suppliers across table games, slots, systems and lottery-related services.

Cammegh and the new IGT were among the latest additions to the regulator’s licensed vendor list. The expanding list shows how suppliers are preparing early for a market that is still moving toward full casino operations.

The first large test for many vendors is expected to come from Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The resort is scheduled to open in 2027 and is widely viewed as the first major casino-linked project under the UAE’s new framework.

Licence supports international growth

Cammegh has described the UAE licence as an important step in its growth plans. The approval gives the UK-based company access to a market where casino operators will need tested equipment, technical support and regulatory compliance from suppliers.

For roulette-focused suppliers, early licensing can be important. Casino equipment decisions are often made well before properties open, especially for table layouts, wheels, displays and game protection systems.

GCGRA approval covers gaming vendors

The UAE is building its commercial gaming sector through a federal regulator. The GCGRA is responsible for licensing, supervision and compliance across gaming activities.

Gaming-related vendor licences cover companies that provide equipment, systems, technology or services to licensed gaming operators. For Cammegh, that means its roulette products can be considered for regulated casino projects as operator plans move forward.
