Paradise Entertainment’s subsidiary LT Smart (Singapore) has received Approved Manufacturer status from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore. The approval took effect on June 25 and allows the unit to supply gaming products to Singapore’s regulated casino market.

The approval gives Paradise Entertainment another regulated jurisdiction for its gaming technology business. The Hong Kong-listed group is expanding its equipment and systems operations outside Macau through its LT Game division.

LT Smart receives GRA approval

LT Smart (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. received the approval under Singapore’s casino regulatory framework. The company did not disclose the specific products it plans to supply in the market. Approved Manufacturer status is required for companies that make or supply certain gaming equipment and systems for Singapore casinos. The status places LT Smart under the Gambling Regulatory Authority’s rules for licensed casino suppliers.

Singapore has two casino resorts, Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa. Any equipment supplier entering the market must meet the regulator’s standards before its products can be used in those venues.

LT Game targets Singapore market

LT Smart is linked to Paradise Entertainment’s LT Game business, which develops and sells electronic gaming equipment and systems. LT Game is known for its live multi-game electronic table products in Macau.

The company has been seeking overseas markets for its live multi-game products. Singapore has been identified as a target market as LT Game looks to expand sales beyond Macau.

The new approval allows LT Smart to work directly with casino operators and other approved partners in Singapore. It also allows the group to discuss future product supply in the market.

Paradise shifts focus beyond Macau

Paradise Entertainment has been increasing its focus on gaming equipment and systems after leaving Macau’s casino management sector. The group stopped providing casino management services at Casino Kam Pek Paradise in December 2025 as Macau ended its satellite casino model.

The company has since focused on international opportunities for its gaming technology business. It has identified markets including the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Malaysia as part of its overseas plans. Paradise Entertainment also opened an office and showroom in Manila in 2025. The site supports product demonstrations and meetings with casino operators in the Philippines and other Asian markets.

Singapore supplier approval process

Singapore requires gaming suppliers to hold the correct approval before they can provide equipment or services to casinos. The Gambling Regulatory Authority assesses manufacturers and suppliers as part of its controls over casino gaming products.

LT Smart’s new status applies to its role as a manufacturer. Individual gaming products may still need separate approval before they can be supplied for use at Singapore casino resorts.
