2026
News Reporter at CasinoNews.io

Mansi’s career has taken her through four very different industries, which is unusual for someone in casino news writing. She started at Lokmat Times, a traditional Indian newsroom, where she learned how to write fast and stay accurate under pressure. From there, she moved to Objectways, a step into AI content. The work was technical, but it taught her to write in a way that was clear for both machines and the human reviewers behind them.

Her next stop was SaaS writing at CompanyHub. The job was simple in description but tricky in practice: explain integration tools in plain language. At BigCloudy, she expanded into hosting and casino content, which gave her the first real taste of the iGaming space. Each of these roles added something different. Journalism gave her speed, AI gave her accuracy, SaaS gave her clarity, and casino content gave her the industry knowledge she now uses every day.

She brings all of that to CasinoNews.io. Her view on news writing is straightforward. A few years ago, an article only had to inform. Today, it also has to engage, because readers will leave within seconds if it does not. She writes with both jobs in mind.

Outside of work, Mansi enjoys reading and painting, and tries to make time for both whenever she can. When it comes to gambling, she follows football and basketball betting more than anything else, and likes the strategy behind a bet more than the result.

Interview with Mansi Chavan

🎰
What drew you to iGaming, or what keeps you in it?
It happened by chance. I came in through a casino content role and thought it would be another short stop, but the industry pulled me in. There is always something going on: new rules, new operators, new technology. Coming from journalism, I like stories that have something at stake, and iGaming is full of them.
🔮
Where do you think the gambling industry is heading right now?
Two things stand out: regulation and AI. Markets like India are still working out their rules around real money gaming, and the debate around skill versus chance is far from over. At the same time, AI is becoming part of almost everything, from game design to content writing. The people who use AI as a tool, and not a replacement for thinking, will be the ones who do well.
📰
What makes CasinoNews.io different from the rest of the gambling media space?
Most gambling sites feel like they were written for search engines first and readers second. CasinoNews.io flips that order. The reader comes first, and the writing is meant to be enjoyable, not just useful. It sounds basic, but in this space it is genuinely rare.
⚽️️
A favorite casino game, sport to bet on, or guilty pleasure in the industry?
Football and basketball, no contest. Football especially. I enjoy the build-up to a match: form, injuries, team news, how a manager sets up against a certain opponent. It is one of the few areas of betting where doing your research actually pays off.
🖊
Will readers see your byline on the site, and if so, what topics are you most likely to cover?
Yes, often. I focus on news around casino, sports betting, and regulation, with a special interest in India and other growing markets. If a story looks at the reason behind the news instead of just the news itself, there is a good chance it is mine.
