1spin4win calls on iGaming sector to support Kenyan healthcare

1spin4win has launched United for Impact, a charitable initiative aimed at supporting children’s healthcare in Kenya. The campaign focuses on children facing cancer and central nervous system-related conditions, while inviting partners and the wider iGaming industry to take part.

The initiative marks the slot provider’s fifth anniversary. Instead of using the milestone only for brand promotion, 1spin4win is using the campaign to direct industry attention toward pediatric healthcare access in Kenya.

Campaign supports Gertrude’s foundation

United for Impact will support Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital Foundation, the charity linked to one of Kenya’s best-known pediatric hospitals. The foundation works to expand access to healthcare for vulnerable and underserved children across the country.

The support is aimed at treatment access, specialist care and outreach for families who may struggle to reach or afford advanced medical services. Children facing cancer and CNS-related conditions often need early diagnosis, trained clinicians and coordinated treatment over long periods.

The foundation was established in 2010 and works with a wider child healthcare network. Its role includes supporting medical treatment, outreach programmes and healthcare access for children outside major urban centres.

Kenya has gaps in specialist care

Specialist pediatric care is not equally available across Kenya. Families outside large cities can face delays in diagnosis, high travel costs and limited access to doctors trained in complex childhood conditions.

Childhood cancer is one of the key areas covered by the campaign. Public estimates cited in the campaign material point to around 3,000 new childhood cancer cases in Kenya each year. The true figure could be higher because of misdiagnosis and weak registry coverage.

Those gaps can affect outcomes because early diagnosis and continuity of treatment are central to cancer care. For children with CNS-related conditions, access to specialist assessment and long-term support can be just as important.

iGaming partners are invited to join

1spin4win is asking iGaming partners, operators and industry colleagues to support the initiative. The campaign is framed as a collective effort rather than a company-only donation drive.

That gives suppliers, operators and affiliates a way to support a healthcare project outside normal commercial deals. It also shows another gaming company using a CSR campaign to support a specific medical need.

CSR push follows African growth

The campaign comes after 1spin4win increased its activity in Africa. The company has promoted its slots portfolio in the region and took part in iGaming AFRIKA Summit 2026 in Nairobi.

For 1spin4win, United for Impact links its regional business growth with a local healthcare cause. The next measure of the campaign will be how many industry partners join and how much support reaches the foundation’s pediatric healthcare work.
