PopOK Gaming has secured certification to supply its casino content to licensed operators in Argentina. The approval allows the supplier to offer its slot and instant-game portfolio in one of Latin America’s largest regulated online gaming markets.

The company did not identify the regulator that issued the certification or confirm the Argentine provinces covered by the approval. Argentina regulates online gambling at provincial level, meaning suppliers and operators may need to meet different rules across the country.

Slots and instant games enter market

The certification covers PopOK Gaming’s portfolio of slot and instant games. Licensed Argentine operators can now integrate eligible titles through their existing online casino platforms.

PopOK Gaming develops online casino games and tools for B2B operators. Its portfolio includes slot games, crash-style products, progressive jackpots and promotional features. The supplier did not announce a launch partner or give a date for its first Argentine operator rollout. It also did not disclose how many games have been approved for the market.

Argentina uses provincial regulation

Argentina does not operate under one national online gambling licence. Provinces and the City of Buenos Aires set their own licensing, tax, advertising and player protection rules.

That structure means gaming suppliers often need separate approvals before their content can be offered in different jurisdictions. Operators must also hold locally issued licences and restrict access to players located in authorised areas.

Buenos Aires Province, the City of Buenos Aires and Córdoba are among the jurisdictions that have developed regulated online gaming markets. Other provinces have introduced their own frameworks or continue to review online gambling rules.

PopOK adds Argentina approval

The Argentina certification gives PopOK Gaming approval to operate in another Latin American market. The company already lists approvals or certifications in Brazil, Colombia and Peru.

PopOK Gaming entered Brazil’s regulated market as the country introduced its online betting and gaming framework. It has also continued to promote its content at regional trade events, including the Peru Gaming Show and SiGMA South America.

The company has focused on expanding in regulated markets where operators need approved game suppliers. Argentina gives PopOK access to a market with multiple provincial licence systems and a growing number of online casino brands.

Rules apply before launch

Certified content must meet technical and compliance rules before it can go live with local operators. Requirements can cover game fairness, random number generation, reporting systems, player protections and responsible gaming tools. PopOK Gaming will need to work with licensed operators in each approved jurisdiction. The company has not confirmed which brands will carry its games first or whether more provincial certifications are planned.
