RGB expands into Philippine online B2B gaming

RGB International has entered the Philippine online B2B gaming segment through its local branch, adding a new business line beyond casino equipment. The move gives the Malaysia-listed supplier a regulated route to provide online gaming content in one of Asia’s most active gaming markets.

RGB Ltd Philippine Branch is listed by PAGCOR as an accredited gaming content affiliate for the country’s online sector. The branch is also listed as an accredited game aggregator, though regulator records showed it had not yet started operating in that role as of May 28.

B2B licence opens online gaming route

The accreditation allows RGB to distribute online gaming content to licensed operators in the Philippines. It marks the company’s first step into online gaming after years of supplying electronic gaming machines and technical support to land-based casinos.

RGB plans to begin by distributing Light & Wonder online games. The company already works with Light & Wonder in the land-based segment and holds an exclusive distribution role for that supplier in the Philippines.

Philippines remains a key RGB market

The Philippines has long been one of RGB’s strongest Asian markets. The company has expanded its local presence with offices, customer training support, repair services and a planned showroom. RGB also has a large equipment relationship with PAGCOR. In 2024, its Macau unit won an $81.3 million contract to supply 1,968 electronic gaming machines and related accessories for Casino Filipino branches.

That land-based base gives RGB a stronger starting point for online B2B work. Operators already familiar with the supplier may now also use it for online casino content.

PAGCOR expands online oversight

RGB’s move comes as PAGCOR increases control over the Philippine online gaming sector. The regulator has expanded accreditation requirements for third-party providers, including content suppliers, aggregators, affiliates, payment processors and support vendors.

The tighter system gives PAGCOR more oversight of companies that support licensed online operators. It also reduces the space for unaccredited suppliers to serve the market indirectly.

Land-based business remains important

RGB is not moving away from land-based gaming. The company continues to see demand from Philippine integrated resorts and casino operators that need machine replacements, floor upgrades and technical support.

The online B2B entry expands that business. It gives RGB another way to serve Philippine operators as casino activity grows across land-based venues and digital platforms.
